Candyce Clark, Office Manager/Treasurer - Candyce was hired March 14, 1996, and just celebrated her 25-Year Anniversary with the District. Candyce is responsible for the complete administrative functions of the office including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly water and sewer billing, monthly financials, as well as, maintains the official records of the District. Candyce also provides support to the Los Alamos CSD Board of Directors, General Manager and works with Developers, Attorney and CPA. Candyce is also the Treasurer and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Candyce reports directly to the Districts Board of Directors. Congratulations on 25-Years of Service Candyce!

Refugio Chavez, Operator Grade II- Refugio was hired May 5, 1997, and has been with the District for the past 23-years. Refugio is certified as a Grade 2 Water Distribution Operator, a Grade 1 Water Treatment Operator, a Grade 1 Sewer Collection Operator and a Grade 2 Wastewater Treatment Operator. Refugio is responsible for all facets of Operation and Maintenance within the District's Water and Wastewater System, including Well sites, Water Tanks, Distribution System, Ferrini Park, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Collection System.  Congratulations on

Rodrigo DeLira, Operator Grade I Rodrigo was hired August 25, 2017, and has been with the District for the past 3-years. In April of 2019, Rod passed his Grade 1 State Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification Exam and is now a certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. He will take his State Water Distribution Exam in September of 2020.  Rodrigo is responsible for all facets of Operation and Maintenance within the District's Water and Wastewater System, including Well sites, Water Tanks, Distribution System, Ferrini Park, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Collection System. Congratulations Rod on obtaining your Grade I Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certification!!
Jenna Roddie, Customer Service Representative - Jenna was hired on December 9, 2019, as a Customer Service Rep for the District. Jenna will be working part time two days per week in the front office assisting the Office Manager with the administration functions of the District. Jenna went to Santa Barbara City College and has a background in bookkeeping and financial accounting. Jenna will process information and maintain customer accounting and customer service records, take and post payments, answer the telephone and staff the front desk to greet customers and and the public. Welcome to the LACSD family Jenna!!

Luis Uribe, Operator-In-Training (OIT) Luis was hired March 20, 2019, and just celebrated his 2nd Year Anniversary with the LACSD as an Operator-In-Training in water and wastewater. Luis has completed his Sacramento State University Home Study Course in Wastewater Treatment and is preparing for his State Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certification Exam in October 2020. Once passed he will work towards his Water Distribution State Certification. Luis is responsible for all facets of Operation and Maintenance within the District's Water and Wastewater System, including Well sites, Water Tanks, Distribution System, Ferrini Park, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Collection System. 
Juan "Ramon" Gomez, General Manager/Chief Plant Operator - Ramon began his career with the Los Alamos Community Services District in October 2003 progressively achieving California State certifications in Wastewater III, Wastewater Distribution II, Water Treatment II and Collection Systems II. Proficient in; Confined Space, CPR & First Aid, Traffic Control, Flagger, Silica Sand Safety, Asbestos Cement Safety, Underground Utility Dig Alert, Lead and Copper, Leak Detection, Trenching and Excavations Safety, Tractor Operation and Safety training, Defensive Driving, Laboratory Sample Techniques, Conventional Water Treatment Plants, Water Well Protection, Emergency Training, Water Distribution Reviews, Water Treatment Reviews, Waste Water Reviews, ACWA JPIA Sexual Harassment training, Supervisor Training, Human Resources and Operations. Ramon briefly worked for the City of Buellton in Water/Waste Water Operations from June 2019 to January 2021, continuing his professional development with the LACSD.
