The Board of Directors meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at our District office located at 82 Saint Joseph Street. 

​If you have an item you would like to be placed on our agenda and discussed at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting, you must submit your request, including the topic you wish the Board to consider, in writing to the District's Office Manager five (5) business days prior to the meeting. To verify Board Meeting scheduling dates, please contact the District’s Office Manager, Candyce Clark, at (805) 344-4195. 


Posting of Minutes Update 03/31/2021: There is no legal requirement for posting minutes on the District’s website, at the District office or the Post Office. Board Meeting Minutes are public records under the Public Records Act and are available to members of the public upon request. Please click “Contact us” or call the office to request Board Meeting Minutes.
Persons with a disability who require any disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services, in order to participate in the meeting are asked to contact the District’s Board Secretary at least three (3) days prior to the meeting by telephone at (805) 344-4195 or by e-mail at cclark@losalamoscsd.com.

Any public records which are distributed less than 72 hours prior to this meeting to all, or a majority of all, of the District’s Board members in connection with any agenda item (other than closed sessions) will be available for public inspection at the time of such distribution at the District’s office located at 82 Saint Joseph Street, Los Alamos, California 93440
