Ramon began his career with the Los Alamos Community Services District in October 2003 progressively achieving California State certifications in Wastewater III, Wastewater Distribution II, Water Treatment II, and Collection Systems II. Proficient in; Confined Space, CPR & First Aid, Traffic Control, Flagger, Silica Sand Safety, Asbestos Cement Safety, Underground Utility Dig Alert, Lead and Copper, Leak Detection, Trenching and Excavations Safety, Tractor Operation and Safety training, Defensive Driving, Laboratory Sample Techniques, Conventional Water Treatment Plants, Water Well Protection, Emergency Training, Water Distribution Reviews, Water Treatment Reviews, Waste Water Reviews, ACWA JPIA Sexual Harassment training, Supervisor Training, Human Resources and Operations. Ramon briefly worked for the City of Buellton in Water/Waste Water Operations from June 2019 to January 2021, continuing his professional development with the LACSD.

Jennifer joined the Los Alamos Community Services District on April 18, 2024, and serves as the District's Office Manager, Treasurer, and Board Secretary. She is responsible for overseeing the District's administrative operations, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly water and sewer billing, financial reporting, and the maintenance of official District records.

Jennifer provides direct support to the Board of Directors and General Manager and works closely with developers, legal counsel, auditors, and other professional consultants on District matters. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, she plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the District and the delivery of quality service to the community.

Jenna joined the Los Alamos Community Services District on December 9, 2019, as a Customer Service Representative. Working part-time in the District's front office, she assists the Office Manager with a variety of administrative functions that support daily District operations.

A graduate of Santa Barbara City College, Jenna brings experience in bookkeeping and financial accounting to her role. Her responsibilities include processing customer information, maintaining customer accounts and service records, posting payments, answering telephone inquiries, and assisting customers and the public at the front desk.

Jenna is a valued member of the LACSD team whose professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service contribute to the District's success. Her work helps ensure smooth office operations and quality service to the Los Alamos community.

Javier Valdez joined the Los Alamos Community Services District on April 14, 2025. Since joining the District, Javier has quickly become a valuable member of the team through his strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Javier has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth by actively pursuing industry certifications and expanding his knowledge of water and wastewater operations. His initiative, reliability, and positive attitude have made him a tremendous asset to the District and the community it serves.

Whether responding to daily operational needs, assisting with maintenance projects, or supporting District operations, Javier consistently approaches his work with professionalism and a strong commitment to providing quality service. The District appreciates Javier's contributions and looks forward to his continued growth and success as part of the LACSD team.

Jaime Jimenez joined the Los Alamos Community Services District on April 27, 2026, and has quickly become an invaluable member of the District team. Through his dedication, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic, Jaime has made a noticeable impact on District facilities and operations.

One of Jaime's most visible accomplishments has been his work at the District's Wastewater Treatment Plant. His attention to detail, pride in his work, and commitment to maintaining high standards have helped transform the facility. Simply put, the Wastewater Treatment Plant has not looked this good in years.

Jaime consistently goes above and beyond in his role, approaching every task with professionalism and a willingness to help wherever needed. His strong work ethic is matched by his generosity and kindness. Whether he is assisting fellow employees, tackling challenging projects, or sharing treats and goodies with the team, Jaime helps create a positive and supportive workplace environment.

The District greatly appreciates Jaime's dedication, reliability, and the pride he takes in his work. His contributions have strengthened both our operations and our team culture, and we are fortunate to have him as part of the Los Alamos Community Services District family.

Christopher Duran joined the Los Alamos Community Services District on July 27, 2026. Although he is one of the District's newest team members, Christopher has already made a positive impression through his strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and dedication to serving the community.

Since joining the District, Christopher has quickly adapted to the many responsibilities involved in water and wastewater operations. He consistently demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills, ask questions, and take on challenges, allowing him to grow rapidly in his role.

Christopher has fit in well with the District team and has shown great potential for continued success. His positive attitude, dependability, and commitment to professional development make him a valuable addition to the Los Alamos Community Services District. The District is excited to support Christopher's growth as he continues to build his knowledge and experience in the utility industry.
