The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at our District office at 82 Saint Joseph Street.
If you have an item you would like to be placed on our agenda and discussed at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting, you must submit your request, including the topic you wish the Board to consider, in writing to the District's Office Manager five (5) business days prior to the meeting. To verify Board Meeting scheduling dates, please contact the District's Office Manager, Jennifer DeMars, at (805) 344-4195.

Posting of Minutes Update 03/31/2021: There is no legal requirement for posting minutes on the District's website, at the District office, or at the Post Office. Board Meeting Minutes are public records under the Public Records Act and are available to members of the public upon request. Please click Contact Us or call the office to request Board Meeting Minutes.
